New Director At Old World Wisconsin
Welcome, Daniel Freas! Wisconsin Historical Society has announced the appointment of Daniel J. Freas of Noblesville, Ind., as director of Old World Wisconsin. Freas comes to the job with nearly 30 years of firsthand experience in outdoor museum education and administration. He most recently served as vice president of guest experiences for Conner Prairie Interactive History Park in Indianapolis, Ind., a position he has held since 2000. He served in a variety of other capacities at Conner Prairie since 1998. READ MORE >

Winter Events For Friends Members

Come to a Woodworking Event on Sat., Feb. 25th at 1:00pm. Learn about woodworking using 19th century style hand tools. Watch and participate in making a milking stool for Old World Wisconsin. Reservations are $18 per person. Call (262) 594-2922 or RESERVE ONLINE.
