If You Are Seventy and a Half or Over - Read This Welcome to Old World Wisconsin!
We hope you enjoy traveling to Old World Wisconsin, the museum of 19th century rural life. Old World Wisconsin is located just 35 miles from Milwaukee via Hwy. 43 through Mukwonago, ten miles west on Hwy. LO to Hwy. 67 and has plenty of free parking. Walk the trails and roads among 67 historic 19th and early 20th century buildings and see how our immigrant settlers lived. Enjoy viewing thirteen heirloom gardens and more than 100 historic breed animals on the beautiful Kettle Moraine landscape. Within the historic structures you will see more than 80 percent of the 50,000 artifact collection on display and some replicas used to demonstrate their use. Children enjoy the animals and interactive activities.

Old World Wisconsin Foundation (OWWF) is a nonprofit organization solely dedicated to enhance your OWW experience. OWWF helps preserve the museum's historical integrity by raising money for its well being. Since 1984, OWWF has funded millions of dollars for new exhibits, restoration, historical research, historic breed animals, equipment, heirloom gardens, program design, and OWW operations on the 600 acre site.

If you want to participate in preserving Old World for the future, support it in the present and join the Friends of Old World Wisconsin today, then look over the many benefits of membership.
